We really enjoyed our stay at Waleska’s place. Every amenity you might need is available for use. It is super clean and had more than enough towels, bedding, etc. The condo is literal steps from the beach and the rooftop patio has beautiful views of the ocean. Having beach chairs and boogie boards to use was great as well. Highly recommend this property. Waleska and Luis are excellent hosts.

I had a very pleasant stay at this property with my family. The unit is well maintained and the listing/photography is accurate. As a future renter, helpful to understand that this seems to be a primary residence for the owner and family and is actively lived in when not rented. Don't be surprised to find that the closets have clothes in them, etc. That being said, everything was orderly and did not feel too cluttered - just lived in. For awareness: during our stay some of the gated community's amenities were under repair and only available to owners, but not renters. Communication re: this was less clear to me and did lead to some confusion/disappointment, as we had packed accordingly. Worth asking about the status of property amenities in advance (e.g. pool, tennis courts, etc.) if having access is especially important to you and/or your guests. Otherwise, wonderful home/location/owner and we had a lovely stay!

Wawa was an excellent host. We had a couple of glitches happen during our stay, but nothing that couldn’t happen to any rental. She was excellent, very communicative and gave wonderful recommendations for local eateries and markets. We loved the complex and I imagine theirs is one of the nicest in it. We would consider buying at Punta, Del Mar, the neighborhood where this rental is located. Overall, we would definitely come back, but probably not in the summer. But you can’t blame your host for the time of year you choose to travel! Thank you Wawa for an excellent experience!

We had an awesome time! The house was clean and worked well for our party of 8 (4 adults & 4 kids). Basically a private beach right out front, a couple great restaurants walking distance on along the beach and town a short drive. Can’t wait to come back!
