It was awesome. We were here for a month. The house is more beautiful than the pictures show. Everything, really everything is super clean. The new sofa with relax function is excellent. The bed is very good, and the shower has great water pressure. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery and cutlery. There is a brand-new propane gas BBQ in the garden that we have used often. In the chamber there are brand new beach chairs and a parasol. You can easily get to the beach by car. Parking is free on 19th St. Monday through Thursday, You can always park for free on 3rd Street and nearby. We went to Hanna Park, took the ferry to Amelia Island and Huguenot Park and much more. Visited the Plantation, the Riverwalk Art Market in Atlantic Beach and the one in Jax City. The neighborhood is very quiet. Communication with Charisse was always awesome. She gets back to you very quickly. Thank you for that. And thank you for sharing your awesome house with us. Charisse is the best!

We stayed a month at Charisse’s place and really enjoyed our stay. The place is spacious, clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. There’s a great gyro place in walking distance. We even saw a hawk and an egret in the back and a flock of ibises in the complex. You can walk through the neighborhood down and across the street to get to a nature preserve. The one downside is that we never found a great way to bike to the beach because we ran into private communities every way we tried. Still the beach is just a short car ride away with free parking. Great spacious and clean spot to stay while you are staying in Jax. Highly recommend!

Location was perfect . Visited Hanna park to watch the surfers and yummy seafood dinners in Neptune beach . Took the ferry to Amelia island and enjoyed weekend farmer market at nearby park. From the Fully stocked kitchen I prepared several meals with salmon , gumbo and jambalaya. My mom and I really liked the place.

The place was great. I really enjoyed being there. I found everything I needed and it was obvious that Charisse paid very close attention to making her home a comfortable and beautiful place. I had forgotten my toothbrush, and Charisse had an extra one there for just such a situation. She has thought of everything. The backyard was perfect, private, and pleasant with palm fronds that swayed in the breeze. A healing environment. Also, a great place to sleep. Very quiet.

Charisse’s place was great! It was very clean and big, it has everything we needed, and with super fast Wi-Fi. It is not far from the beach. We also really enjoy the backyard. Charisse was a great host, she was very accommodating and tried to help out in anyway possible. I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb experience.
