We used the home as a winter rental - as we ski in Franconia NH. The home was walking distance to Reklis Brewery, a great icecream shop and a very good Italian restaurant. Patrick was very responsive if we had any questions or requests.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the towns of Bethlehem and Littleton. House was spacious and we loved the hot tub.

Wonderful location and very comfortable house. The neighborhood is very quiet. We spent most of our days touring New Hampshire and Vermont. The restaurants in Bethlehem and Littleton were amazing as well as shopping. FYI you are required to wash and put towels in the dryer prior to checking out. Check out is 10 am. Patrick was very responsive when we had questions.

Patrick is an excellent host! He was communicative responsive and helpful. His home was super clean and spacious! The location is fabulous… close to great adventures in the White Mountains. Great restaurants and stores. Highly recommended!
