Dominique was extremely helpful even before we arrived. He was flexible with arrival and departure times and welcomed us personally even though we arrived late in the evening. He eagerly gave us recommendations of restaurants, places to visit and where to rent a car and went above and beyond with communicating and advice to help us make most of our visit. He came to assist us personally with the apartment and is super friendly, genuine and easygoing person, someone you can trust! When we come back to Tenerife, we hope to stay in Dominique's apartment again. We really enjoyed El Medano, such a cute authentic location, everything at your doorstep and easy enough to walk around. It's easy to drive to locations around it too, buses take a bit more time and effort. The apartment was better than expected, well-equipped and it had everything we needed. It was very clean and beds were comfortable,enough warm water for five of us to shower.Location of the apartment was great and lots of parking

Very nice place, with all the necessary amenities, close to the beach and to the center. Dominique was always available, very helpful and gave us plenty of recommendations.

Dominique’s place was very well located for town beaches and restaurants and parking was pretty easy. Extremely clean and modern equipment. Dominique communicated lots of helpful information both general and specific to our interests and checked in on us (via what’s app) every few days to see how we were getting on, with very personal, friendly support. We would love to return. Thank you!
