Eva and Dustin are great hosts! I felt super lucky to get to stay in such a neat place. Great views and walking distance to some fun trails and the Britt festival! Everything is even better than it looks in the pictures.

There are so many wonderful things about this little gem! I had my own entrance, plenty of space, a wonderful kitchen, and the view from the upstairs loft was incredible! Eva and Dustin were quick to respond to my questions, and when the power went out, they brought candles and flashlights, hot water in a thermos, and a battery to charge my phone. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a lovely long term stay. The neighborhood is charming, walking distance to everything in Jacksonville and a quick drive into Medford. The living space is exactly as described and had everything I needed for a 30+ day stay. Very quiet and lots of natural light. Communication is top notch! My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer!

Very nice place and wonderful host! Peaceful, quiet, and clean. Enjoyed my stay here and Jacksonville was such a lovely town.
