The apartment is amazing. Very clean and cozy. Its location is perfect. It is in the heart of the city. The communication with the host was great. Very nice and responsive person. We are in love with this place.

An absolute gem in the heart of Polignano! Beautifully restored but with plenty of traditional Apulian character and tastefully furnished. It is positioned in the prime location, directly on one of the main streets of the town with the best restaurants and shops right on your doorstep. However still private and quiet probably due to massive stone walls. Check in and checkout was super easy thanks to a key box just outside the door and communication was super easy and supportive during our stay. Definitely 10 out of 10

The apartment is in an excellent location, minutes away from the Old Town and close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Although it is located on a busy street, inside the apartment is very quiet. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. The only negative aspect was that the Wifi and data on our phone did not work inside the apartment. The host did not do anything to fix this and judging from previous reviews this has been an ongoing problem that has never been fixed.

This stay was in the bottom half of all my Airbnb stays. On the positive side, the place has a fantastic, central location surrounded by restaurants and is quite big. I have to deduct one star because the internet is completely unusable. Neither Wifi nor mobile Internet works anywhere in this apartment. The second star is deducted because the host didn't do anything to resolve the problem. I complained 5 minutes after I arrived. The message was read but no resolution was offered until late next morning even though I mentioned that I need internet urgently. The only solution offered during our stay was to use the wifi of the restaurant next door (this solution didn't work). Am I the only one who thinks this is like asking me to use the neighbor's shower because the one in the Airbnb is broken? A few other things to consider: - the apartment doesn't really have windows - if you're taller than 180cm, watch your head - the living area is big but not comfortable
