Stayed two nights for an early birthday present for my fiance. The place was amazing. It was clean, open, and beautiful. I want the bathtub, hot tub, and swinging outside bed when we get a house! Joey was so communicative and friendly. We had no worries the entire time we were there. The stairs were steep but definitely manageable. We wished we could have stayed longer. This place is truly a gem 💎

We loved our stay at Joey's! She was super responsive and even allowed us to check in early which we appreciated after our long flight. The weather wasn't as nice as we'd hoped but we were still able to enjoy the new hot tub and the outdoor area! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Joey also provided a ton of local recommendations which were awesome! We would 100% stay at Joey's again if we are ever back in the area!

Joey’s place is centrally located and at most 15-20 mins from Manitou Springs. They were very responsive when needed and the place was clean. Everyone keeps mentioning the stairs leading to the bedroom downstairs and honestly that was the only thing I could complain about and mainly at night when you need to go to the bathroom. Other than that it’s a great place. Loved the bed outside and the hot tub. Would recommend. They also had coffee and a lot of spices for cooking and making coffee in the morning. Loved the comfort of the bed downstairs.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing, Joey was so sweet and flexible. The place was right in the middle of just about everything! I read the other reviews about the stairs to the basement and yes it was tricky and a little scary at night when you have to use the bathroom but we were totally fine with it! Would love to stay here again
