Our stay at Ben’s place in Ludington was fantastic! Our room was quaint, tastefully decorated and exactly as it appeared in the listing. The location is perfect, right across from the beautiful beach and within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. We definitely recommend staying here and will book again if we ever return to Ludington!

This is the perfect location! The beach is right across the street. It was exactly as advertised. The coffee bar outside in the morning was a special treat which we really enjoyed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was communication after our sty to get back something I had left behind in the room. I would stay here again and recommend anyone to stay there.

Great location! Right on the beach, quiet, overall nice experience. Stayed in two separate rooms at the Ludington Beach House throughout the week due to availability. Unit 25 was ok but I would not go back without some issues being resolved. Noted these issues privately with the hosts. Stayed in another unit as well and enjoyed it more. Hosts were prompt with checkin communication.
