Clean, great location, easy to find. Unfortunatelycould hear more than we needed to after hours through walls...can't be helped sometimes. A little slow to respond but very friendly, helpful, and it was a busy weekend. would absolutely recommend and stay again. Suggestion to add a shelf in bathroom near sink if possible and maybe a mirror/vanity outside of bathroom to help when trying to get ready for the day.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Ben’s place! The location is perfect-right across the street to the beach and a short walk to town. The space was clean, as was the pool. We will definitely stay again when we’re back in Ludington!
