A very nice appartement, modern and well designed, close to the old town and nice restaurants. The balcone is also a plus where you can have your coffee in the morning before starting the day. Vee was a very pleasant host, welcomed us when we arrived and explained us the neighbourhood and how to enjoy it. A very good value for the price, no doubt that we recommend it.

Really enjoyed my month stay at this small , well appointed apartment in a simple well maintained block of apartments. I liked that it was next to a small local food market a seven 11 and Japanese cafe and walking distance to cafes and restaurants around the night bazaar area . It was also reasonably quiet with the exception of the regular nightly or early morning dog howling or cat screeching but neither lasted very long and didn’t they didn’t really bother me . Vee was a responsive host and I like his hand picked art work on the walls!

Very nice comfortabel condo, sportschool and massage small market and a very nice footvendor closeby. The old city is a 20 minut walk. A bike is very handy. We had a very nice time at the Ping codominium.

El departamento es igual que en las fotos. Está un poco lejos, pero la zona está muy bien, hay dos supermercados a menos de un minuto y tb muchos puestos para comer a muy buen precio. El lugar no tiene internet incluido (está especificado en la descripción) y eso puede ser incómodo. Muy buen alojamiento.

This is an outstanding property. It is very nice decorated and maintained. There was plenty of room for two people. It was quite and felt very safe with 24 hour security at main entrance. Out of the hustle and bustle but close enough when ready to go to Old Town.
