From the moment we booked the communication was incredible. This was a very precious trip for 3 generations of family post-illnesses. Stefano could not have been any more helpful. From answering questions prior to arrival to helping us settle in and enjoy all that the villa and surrounding area has to offer. The villa is so beautiful and we felt we were in paradise. We will be back. We highly recommend and urge anyone to experience this place.

The villa was clean and extremely well furnished. The host was very fast in responding. Our only issue was that for the first 2 days the pool wasn't quite full, due to a leak which was identified and fixed on day 3. We loved spending time by the pool! The local town with several supermarkets was only a couple of miles away.

Ein sehr sehr schönes, interessant gestaltetes Haus. Es hat uns alles sehr sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten immer Kontakt, jede Kleinigkeit,z.b. wo ist Holz für den Pizzaofen würde sofort beantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür. Der Pool ist einfach mega. Mit Sprungbrett, was riesig Spaß machte. Wir hatten als Familie mit Erwachsenen Kindern und einem 2Monta alten Baby eine tolle Zeit. Wir haben viel gekocht die Außenküche war der Knaller, ein Pizzaofen mit Holz. Wir haben 4 Stunden angefeuert, die Pizza war besser als von jedem Sizilianer. Man benötigt ein Auto, da es etwas aus der Stadt raus ist. Ist aber eine tolle Lage mit Blick auf den Berg. Wir kommen wieder, wenn es uns nochmal nach Sizilien verschlägt..

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Sicily. The area is wonderful with lots to explore and do from the temple at segesta to the magnificent beach at Scopello all within 30mins drive. The town of Castellamare is a lively port with lots of excellent restaurants, bars and gelateria. The house was great, especially the outdoor area - it is just fantastic. We made full use of the pool, bar area and the outdoor kitchen was particularly useful. Indoors the air conditioning was a real saviour with the temperatures in July. What was also really great about the houses location was that from 6pm it was in the shade of the mountain so cooled down nicely in the evenings. Stefano was a great host and very attentive to any problems. We had a power cut one night and he arranged people out within 30 minutes to fix the problem. Just as point to note there is a family who live upstairs which wasn't made clear in the description of the house. It was not an issue but just for information. Thanks again for a wonderful stay in Sicily!!
