L’appartement est très agréable et aménagé avec goût. Bien situé, au calme et à proximité du centre de Utrecht. Je recommande l’appartement.

Connelie es una anfitriona estupenda. Muy amable y atenta, siempre dando facilidades, y muy buena comunicación. La casa es preciosa y muy limpia. Típica casa holandesa, muy cómoda y ubicada en una zona tranquila, cerca de muchos restaurantes y de lugares para ver, pasear y disfrutar. De hecho íbamos a todos los sitios andando, incluso a la estación central. Un diez para toda nuestra estancia.

Nice upper apartment over two floors. After opening the front door the stairs at first seemed very steep and then there was a second set of slightly less steep stairs to get to the apartment. We got used to these but think it should be mentioned on the Listing, as some people may struggle with them. The balconies on either side were great and well used by us, as it was warm and sunny. The area was quiet and an easy 15 minute walk into the centre of town. This property is someone’s home and has lots of interesting furniture but the bedrooms were a little cluttered with lots of things. Connelie was a friendly host and we enjoyed our long weekend in beautiful Utrecht.
