Can't say enough good things about Richard's hospitality or condo. From booking until the time we left we felt very cared for and welcome. You simply cannot beat the location as the beautiful water is right at your doorstep. I especially appreciated the fact that there were rarely other people on the beach and it's perfect for walking. The condo is well stocked for cooking and Richard provided items that obviated the need to do that "first night" run to the store (water, milk, even wine). There were plenty of towels and even the bathroom products were nice. Being picked up from and taken to the airport, as well as a car at our disposal was icing on the cake. This was by far the best rental experience my family has had and we are already looking for a date when we can return. Thank you, Richard and team, for a wonderful week!

When I was searching for a destination to escape to for my 50th birthday I came across The Love Villas in Grand Turk. I read review after review and thought to myself this place sounds too good to be true. Let me tell you...it was exactly as described and better! Richard picked us up at the airport and gave us a tour of the island. When we got to the villas we were in awe of the breathtaking ocean view! You are literally steps away from the crystal clear aqua waters. Paradise is the only word to describe it. Richard and his manager Joshi went above and beyond to be sure we had everything we needed. Joshi even taxied us to Margaritaville one night and picked us up after! This is definitely the best place to stay on the island. You even get a car for the week! Richard gave us many very detailed suggestions. We felt safe everywhere...even after dark. The locals are so polite and friendly. Richard's wife took us to the airport. We enjoyed her company and story. We can't wait to return!

We can’t thank Richard at Love Villas enough for an absolutely amazing vacation experience in paradise. The location is absolutely spectacular with views that never get old and ending each day with spectacular sunsets. Along with the location the accommodations are just as amazing and allow for such a relaxing vacation. Richard has thought of everything which allows you to arrive and immediately start to relax and enjoy your vacation. We have travelled all over and this has become our new go to destination to go and unplug from the craziness of life. Richard will make sure you have all the information you need about the island and makes himself available if you have any questions. You know when a host has thought of all the small details you need while on vacation, they truly care about providing a great experience and Richard and is staff have done just that. We can’t wait to go back and enjoy paradise at the Love Villas. Thank you to Richard and his staff.

Our host was amazing...he made sure we had everything needed to arrive and depart the island during the COVID restrictions. The tour of the island pre check-in was awesome and he took us to get food and beverages after our long flight. The Villa is AMAZING and we received daily emails with restaurant suggestions. Richard is the BEST, he was always available if we had a question or concern. We were truly happy to have a car included with the Villa. Driving on the opposite side of the road was pretty easy...kept saying stay to the left lol! I also enjoyed the beach bike and paddle board that came with the Villa!!! We’re already planning to return in January 2023!!! If you want to visit Grand Turk...I highly recommend you stay at Love Villas☺️! You can thank me later...😉

Richard was incredible. He thought of everything and made sure we were taken care of. We traveled for our honeymoon and definitely had a private/secluded experience. Due to the fire at Richard's place, we were unable to stay at his villa. He set up another rental for us and provided us with a car for transportation. We did however get to see the villa one day we were there, and it was awesome! We definitely missed getting to stay in Love Villa. We saw Richard several times during the week, and he was always helpful and friendly. He definitely went above and beyond any host we have ever had. He knew all the ins and outs of the island and was able to give recommendations. Definitely a great host!
