Reliable and warm hosts. Clean and orginised space, positive vibes, very quiet and friendly. Thanks to Nisha and Jose, they made this stay amazing experience. Definitely recommend. Small lovely garden is a bonus

Overall, the owners seem very nice, accommodating and friendly. The place is immaculate and homely. I had a short stay and they made it as nice as possible. Just keep an eye on the meter maids, they drop tickets like rain drops. I’m not from the area and wasn’t used to the street cleaning regimen and got a ticket because of it. Pay attention to the signs posted near the streets regarding cleaning times.

Jose and Nisha were excellent hosts, they always made sure I had everything I needed. They are very kind and generous and made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Jose and Nisha provided me with a wonderful place to live this summer. Their home was clean and inviting and I was so sad to go. Jose and Nisha were very communicative, helpful, and accommodating with my stay. I never felt like a stranger in their home, and they really made me feel comfortable and at ease during my stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and fully recommend anyone interested in living in Long Beach to get a room with this couple. You will not be disappointed!
