This was in many ways my favorite hostel in Cuba. The owners are really lovely and genuinely very friendly. The best thing is the gorgeous roof terrace where you can have an amazing breakfast (€5 extra) which had all the usual Cuban breakfast things juice, coffee, fruit, but also one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had, I think the trick is adding lots of cheese, but wow!! I loved having a little drink on the terrace at sunset before I went out. All round great place and people.

Great place within walking distance of the centre. We had the appt on the top which had everything we needed. Decent breakfast for $5 per person served on roof was great.

Wow! Where to begin. Maurice and Lizette were exceptional hosts. It’s hard to convey the warmth that they put our accepting us into their home. The breakfast was delicious and served on a remarkable terrace that offers an amazing view of the city. Simply standing on the terrace and realizing the view and vibrancy of the city happening around us was a true pleasure and an experience we will never forget!

We stayed three nights with Lize and Maurice. They are nice people and wonderful hosts. Breakfast was very good! Our room was on top of their house, which offers amazing views over Santiago, including the cathedral and the mountains

Lizet und Maurice sind sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Ihre tolle Terrasse liegt über den Dächern von Santiago, mit einem tollen Ausblick. Sie organisieren auch Touren zu den Höhepunkten von Santiago. Zum Zentrum ist es zu Fuß auch nicht allzu weit. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war immer gut und mit Liebe zubereitet. Wir können diese Casa nur weiterempfehlen und wünschen den Beiden weiterhin viele Gäste.
