Comfortable, secure, well-equipped and peaceful accommodation in a super location, very close to a great bus service into the centre of Bristol. Lovely walks in the area, especially down to the Frome and through the woods. A very short walk takes you to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Jayne is a very responsive and helpful host, who has provided all you need for a self contained and relaxing stay.

Excellent location for bus route into Bristol, which is just what I wanted. Loads to do in the city. A very handy parking space too. The snug was clean and tidy, a great base to stay. I can highly recommend the Indian restaurant in Downend.

Great value place with a perfect location for enjoying the city, without being right in the centre of it. the parking space on the driveway is a great bonus. the snug is very clean and has all you need for a short break. we had our dog with us, and found it really nice that there was access to leafy off road walks right on the doorstep. Jayne is an attentive host. good communication. we would happily recommend the Snug.

100% worth it for the space, Jayne was always quick to respond and was so helpful, giving us suggestions for dog walks. We loved that it was dog friendly. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby, nice parks too. Would recommend!
