It was set up well for guests. The covered parking was very helpful. There were multiple areas to sit by the bay and watch the sunset. The music from the Caribbean Club could be heard by the bay which was nice. The outside common area with singing chairs was nice as well as the indoor common area. We wanted to have easy access to Key Largo on the Overseas Highway and this really worked well. We plan to return in the future.

Our family visits Key Largo at least once a year. We don’t usually stay in the same place twice, but this condo may cause us to break the pattern. It was so cozy, it really felt like home. The pool was beautiful and warm. The docks offered great views of the gulf, fishing opportunities and benches to watch the sunset. The property is perfectly situated, just two miles east of Pennekamp. Publix and Winn Dixie are both within a couple miles, in opposite directions. There are several restaurants within a short walk. I’d recommend those that aren’t on the water. You have to be superior to survive without a waterfront. As we left, at the end of the week, we were contemplating finding a place like this to retire

This was a great condo for the three of us. We had everything we needed from resort style pool, reck room, kayaks and paddle boards, marina, water views, covered parking and relaxing. The location was great for what we needed and everyone in the complex was nice.

Kent was very informative and quick to answer our texts and calls. He instructed us in purchasing a Sun-Pass. He supplied us with extra items that we asked for such as: a playpen and fishing gear. He also provided us with restaurants and grocery store suggestions. We appreciated Kents knowledge of the area.
