Abdulaziz is the best host I’ve had. He’s extremely available and helpful. He gave me great recommendations and was there to help with questions 24/7. The neighbourhood is very centrally located and near the Mall of Oman. It’s also near some major roads - so easy to get anywhere in Muscat. The apartment is exactly as listed - and looks just like the photos. Literally has everything you needed… plus more! It’s very cozy and quiet at night. Also - the apartment smells amazing… I noticed it every time I walked through the door. 100% recommend and 100% will return next time I’m in Muscat.

Great apartment, Abdulaziz was a fantastic host. Greeted us with some snacks and drinks, gave us tips for travelling around Oman, and was generally very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Abdulaziz's offering ranks among the very best Airbnb can provide - a truly beautiful apartment that is perfectly clean, with modern and tasteful furniture. It comes fully equipped, from spare materials to spices and food prepared inside the flat. The place closely matches its description. Ample on-street parking is available. Abdulaziz is probably the best host I've met on Airbnb so far - always highly friendly, proactive, kind, and immensely hospitable, truly an honourable person, without ever being intrusive. The flexibility with check-in and check-out times is a bonus, and Abdulaziz is always available for any requests. I highly recommend this place for travellers to Muscat, both foreign and Arab.
