La casa tiene muy buena ubicación.El vecindario es muy tranquilo. Esta es nuestra segunda vez en Sarasota pero esta estancia fue mucho mejor que la primera. Paola es una excelente anfitrión.Recomiendo esta casa 100%.

Good location very close to beach. Yes, the house could use updating but not a big deal. Slept 5 grown people comfortably only the house is set at 75 and at night its hard to get use to. There was an indoor portable a/c unit. Would recommend this home if you are on a family vacation to the beach. Enjoyed the pool.

Paolas places was very nice cozy and felt right at home. Comfortable sleeping areas. Bathrooms up to par she supplied body wash which was a plus there was plenty of towels and linens. Clear and accurate description. The only down side was the internet did not work but we used hotspot for tv which worked fine for us . I don’t believe this is a common issue for her but it happens. We did not use the pool we just had no time. Would stay again

The house was beautiful! Everything was clean and ready for us. The host was so helpful and responded very quick to all messages. She even let us stay a few extra hours our last day because our flight is late. Absolutely recommend!

Paola is fairly quick at responding when messaged. However, on the first night my cousins husband noticed Roaches on the floor in the kitchen, later on in our stay we killed then in the bathroom on the walls and in the bedroom. We started our stay on a Sunday night, Paola said she was surprised to learn about the roaches (Palmetto bugs) and that she would let us know how quickly the pest control service would be out there the next day to take care of them. The pest control service arrived on Thursday morning. Paola told us on Sunday via message that the AC was needing serviced, and the tech would be out there on Monday, they had to reschedule to Tuesday afternoon, however due to the age of the equipment it was not repairable. On Wednesday Paola's husband came by to setup a portable ac unit that was in the closet. Overall, a very nice place definitely needs a lot of TLC. Hopely for Paola's sake this is helpful why the low scoring review. Pool was awesome. Screenroom is nice needs TLC.
