It’s a Traditional Stone Villa with unique Character and stylish handicrafts decoration, surrounded by a garden with trees and barbeque area. It is kids friendly, suitable for families and couples. The house is equipped with nearly everything necessary for guests to feel comfortable, just like home. At a walking distance there's a super market.A welcome basket with local products will await guests upon arrival The property is consisting of two Stone Villas with separate entries, surrounded by a shared large garden. The house is treated with care and has a very special character. Consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, toaster, boiler, oven, refrigerator, dish washer), large dining and living area with fire place, terrace offering garden and sea view, indoor and shared outdoor facilities, barbeque area with dining space. The main entrance is leading to an open stonewall space with kitchen, dining and living area with fireplace and a bathroom with bath tub. The 1st floor consists of 3 stonewall bedrooms, two of them with closets, offering views to garden and sea and a bathroom with shower. There is a laundry room and beach accessories that are available for guests. The owner will be at guests' disposal all the time, taking care of the garden and the overall property, offering a "feel like home" hospitality. It is ideal for a relaxing vacation, at a walking distance from the beach

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit großem Garten und mehreren Terrassen, teils mit Blick aufs Meer. Der nahe gelegene Strand ist fussläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und lädt zum Baden noch vor dem Frühstück ein. Bootsverleih ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe verfügbar. Roxanna ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Zuvorkommend und unkompliziert in der Kommunikation, aber in keinem Fall aufdringlich. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
A work of art! Very well made home in the perfect location. Architecturally, the home has many fine points and it still feels very comfortable and cozy for family living. Roxane, the host was the most welcoming and nicest host I have ever met. The space is perfect for family vacationing. The location is perfectly situated in the more quiet section of this village, but very close to everything, including a 2 minute walk to food market and 5 minute walk to beach. We rented a boat for the day directly at the beach which we walked to from the house which was very convenient. We had dinners on our own back deck. Overall, this house is very unique and the owners have paid attention to detail to every little thing. Super clean and beautiful home.
Beautiful house and garden.Very clean and close to the beach. The first balcony is big enough while the second one in the 1st floor has sea view.
Great host! The house was sparkling clean with everything that you need at your disposal. The beaches in the area are really beautiful and if you rent a boat you can really visit some amazing places near the Diaporos island. Roxane is really amazing and well prepared, you can tell that she loves doing this. Thank you for the great experience!

The back yard door connects to a trail that leads to the beach. It is three minutes walk by foot.
Very close to the house (1 minute by foot) there is a Local Super Market offering daily fresh bread, fruits and vegetables.
Rental Boat companies (no licence required) are located near the house too.
There is a Fresh fish market just 5 minutes by car.
The house is located 1,5 hours drive from Thessaloniki airport, at Vourvourou, a small bay facing Diaporos island. You can explore local beaches by car or by boat. Diaporos is a beautiful island with private sand beaches and crystal blue water where you can swim and enjoy the summer sun. In just 5 minutes drive from Vourvourou you will find Ormos Panagias, a small fisherman’s village, with a fresh fish market. From there, depart daily cruises to Holy Peninsula (Mount Athos). There are also beach-front taverns offering fresh fish and local specialties. Driving from Vourvourou all the way down the peninsula, you will come across several campings (such as Bahia, Armenistis, Manassu, Platanitsi) with beautiful sand beaches and beach bars. 10 minutes drive from Vourvourou there is Nikiti, a big village where you can find super markets, pharmacies, taverns, cafes, beach bars. There is a hospital at Agios Nikolaos village, also at 10 minutes drive.

Over time, I decided to share my passion for Hospitality and open up our beloved house to all guests who choose to spend their vacation time here in Vourvourou. Now, as holder of Master Degree on Hospitality and Tourism, I am ready to warmly welcome our guests and offer them Hospitality as it should be. I am very attached to nature and especially to the sea. I love travel, interacting with people, getting to know different cultures and reading books. My favorite activities are hicking, skiing, sailing, diving and horse riding. As a hobby, I like making handicrafts with items collected from the beach during the winter, offering them the chance of reborn.
