My friend & I was visiting with a lady traveling to the poker tournament in Pendleton, who was soaking & not staying overnight. There was a couple in the hot springs, my friend & I sat in the lounge chairs while the traveler hung out in the pool by herself. The lady had asked if we knew what time it was. Just then, an employee came out dipped a container into the water and said "It's 5 o'clock & time to get out," which she did. My friend & I thought it was very impolite how the employee handled the soaking guest, being the only person in the pool & announcing it for everyone there to hear. She should have leaned in quietly & said something. I actually felt embarrassment for her, and the employee who lacked the manners to deal with the situation tactfully. At 10pm that same night we walked to the bathhouse & there were 3 people still in the hot water pools while several others stood outside the pool. You should enforce rules to Everyone.
