Ideal for six people, the apartment of 100m² has a living room-kitchen, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large outdoor area furnished with garden furniture, pool, and equestrian center. Geranium apartment is located inside the property Villa il Poggio, the ideal place to enjoy relax in harmony and intimacy. The apartment has all the facilities and equipment needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. Of about 100m² has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room-kitchen. The kitchen leads to the garden furnished with a large table for outdoor dining. The interiors are finished with exposed beams, stones and old Tuscan brick in perfect rustic style, which give the place a warm and comfortable tone.

we zijn een gezin van 6 (2 volwassenen en 4 kinderen tussen 12 en 15 jaar) en hebben een week verbleven in appartement Geranium. Bij aankomst zijn we vriendelijk ontvangen door Elisabetta. Het appartement is onderdeel van een grote authentieke Toscaanse villa. De tuin en het zwembad zijn prachtig met een schitterend uitzicht. Er is meer als voldoende plaats om gezellig buiten te zitten of te barbecueën. Sinalunga is een klein gezellig dorpje op wandelafstand en is centraal gelegen om verschillende uitstappen te doen (Firenze, Siena, Montepulciano, San Gimignano, Diborrato Waterfall of een dagje Pisa met de Tyrreense zee). Bij thuiskomst werden we steeds enthousiast onthaald door de vele lieve hondjes, waar we dol op waren. Als je houdt van een rustgevende authentieke Toscaanse vakantie, raden wij Villa Il Poggio zeker aan. Elisabetta bedankt voor de heerlijke vakantie in jouw huis.
We stayed in the Geranium apartment with 4 adults and a toddler. The apartment was spacious, very clean and had a rustic charm. One of the bedrooms is linked to the other. The grounds were wonderful and well maintained and provided easy access to the horses. Sadly due to bad weather we cold not use the pool. The location is great, easy drive to most sights in Tuscany. Elisabetta was helpful and quick to respond to any queries.
Villa Poggio is a beautiful house in beautiful surroundings. The pool was nice and so was the view. Geranium apartment sleeps 6 people but the kitchen is very small and doesn’t have a dishwasher. The grill is by the pool and shared with other guests. We knew about the horses in advance but didn’t know we would be that bothered by flies and mosquitoes.
Très bon séjour dans le domaine d'Elisabetta. L'endroit est reposant et agréable. Tout est fonctionnel. Elisabetta est disponible, discrète et très sympathique ce qui a rendu notre séjour d'autant plus relaxant. Merci pour tout. Au plaisir

Sinalunga is located in the heart of the Valdichiana in a strategic position to easily reach the beautiful cities such as Siena, Arezzo, Perugia and many medieval villages perched on the hills between Valdichiana and Val d'Orcia. In 30 minutes you can reach Montepulciano, Pienza, Montisi, Montalcino and at no more than 45 minutes there is Mount Amiata, to cool off on hot summer days or, when cold, to practice winter sports.
For thermal baths lovers, a few kilometers from the property you can reach the famous thermal baths of Rapolano. The nearest train station is in Sinalunga.

Hi I’m Elisabetta, since I was child I use to spent my holidays with my grandmother in Villa il Poggio. Fulfilling the will of my granny I managed Villa il Poggio with great effort and love, keeping alive the rural traditions of this land. Trough the years I renovated the mansion, even by myself, starting from the apartments to the garden and the swimming pool, in the end I realized my daughter’s passion for horses building an equestrian centre, that became the emblem of Villa il Poggio. Thanks to the love of my grandma for this family house today I proudly run Villa il Poggio following her path made of hospitality, authenticity and hard work. In tanti anni di sacrifici e per volere della mia nonna ho ristrutturato e curato con tanto impegno tutta la Villa, partendo dalle camere sino agli appartamenti, passando poi dal giardino alla piscina arrivando fino alla grande passione di mia figlia per i cavalli, passione che si è concretizzata con la realizzazione di uno splendido maneggio, (simbolo caratteristico della Villa). Ed è proprio granzie all'amore che metto in questa attività, tramandata dalla compianta Nonna, che oggi tanti turisti e clienti sono molto felici di soggiornare presso Villa il Poggio rendendomi oltremodo orgogliosa di me stessa e lieta di onorare la memoria di mia nonna.
