We should delist Mrunal from being a super host....my stay experience was ok Sharing my experience for which i am requesting Airbnb to delist him from a super host..we had checked out from the hotel at around 10.45 and was doing some shopping.My plan was to have lunch and then return to Mumbai...i had to urgently go to the washroom...because of the pandemic i am extra careful of using a hygienic washroom....i called Mrunal if i can use the washroom and i would pay for that...he refused saying that he would not allow me to use the washroom....i requested and still he refused... finally i went to another hotel and they were kind enough to allow me to use the wash room...If Mrunal is a host that means we are his guests and this is how you treat a guest....the hotel who allowed me to use the wash room was a real host for me and he did not charge me any money even though i requested... My objective is not to discourage any of you to use the property but requesting the hosts to treat guests with a heart and not only objective of earning profit.
