Our Airbnb stay at Dunn's House surpassed expectations. Andrea and Lindsey provided seamless communication and exceptional service, from arranging transfers and grocery stocking to beach setups and local tips. The location is ideal, steps from the tranquil north end of the island. The main house and charming pool cottage offered ample space and comfort, boasting spotless rooms, cozy porches, and a delightful courtyard. Daily cleaning ensured impeccable conditions. The air conditioning was a relief from the heat, and the property's overall maintenance added to our satisfaction. This was our first Airbnb experience, and it set a high bar, leaving us eager to return. Dunn's House is a casual, relaxed retreat ideal for a peaceful beach holiday or a lively gathering with loved ones. Highly recommended for a memorable Bahamas getaway!

Dunn's House is like a well-oiled machine. It is completely spotless, the housekeepers are friendly, the towels are washed, etc. The beauty of this large house speaks for itself. The room layout is great for several different generations sharing space. The pool in the backyard sparkles, as does the ocean just a short walk away. It was hard to decide which was more fun. Andrea, the airbnb manager, worked hard to make every detail of our trip fabulous. We had a perfect week! Tina B

We had a great time at Andrea's place. The house was very spacious and comfortable for my extended family. The house is only 30 seconds from the beach, which was great for my kids. Between the beach and the pool, it was kids heaven. The housekeepers came almost daily while we were there, so the place was very clean. Andrea was very responsive to my questions. We will definitely come back again.
