这个房源首先位置非常优越，周围三条高速。离迪士尼乐园，海边，都很近。周围生活方便，遍布华人超市。房子内面积大约160平方米。。单层小屋。布置的很有艺术气息。电视节目丰富，我们全家最爱看的就是netflix。还有家庭影院的环绕音响也很棒。所有生活需要的东西比如吃饭洗漱清洁东西给的超乎你的期望。小院很棒。有一大块草坪。有就餐区烧烤架。可惜这几天la老是下雨。没有充分利用。总之很棒的房子，很棒的房东。就像自己的家一样生活了十几天。

We stayed at Robert’s house for 5 nights on our family’s first Disney trip. The house is about 15 min from the park so we were able to get there, park in the Toy Story lot, and be at the gates by park opening at 8:00. We came back to the house to rest and stay cool during the hot afternoons, and returned to the park for more rides and the amazing evening shows! The house amenities were perfect for our family — the adorable playhouse stocked with toys and books and the quiet, private backyard were a favorite for our kids. Having a spacious kitchen was helpful too. Definitely recommend this house for strategic families who want to get the most out of visiting Disney!

We traveled from Texas for a nieces high school graduation. We communicated with Robert about the whole process and asked if we could have my brother over for a BBQ and just to hang out. He agreed and well we were able to spend lots of family time at the house. We ate breakfast and had bbqs out back. Beautiful garden and the play house was a hit with our twin girls! Lots of stores and places to eat within a 10 mile radius. Really close to Angel Stadium which we attended to see the Yankees! 10 minute drive! Easily accessible to the highway to get to LA fairly quick. We enjoyed the house and felt at home. Robert was very responsive to questions about anything in the home. Will definitely stay here again in the future when we visit my family again. Plenty of room for a family of 8. Quiet nights and a great nights sleep on the comfortable beds.

Family of 6!! We stayed from May 14-16. For me the most important thing is the place to stay, Robert provides you with the basics for your stay; The house is clean and close to the Disney park. He maintains good communication and accessibility. I recommend this property for your next stay
