The place was way more beautiful and comfortable than we expected. It exceeded our expectations and left us with a most convenient stay. The neighborhood surrounding was perfect for my morning runs. The location of the area was not too far away from the Muay Thai school we attended. Everything and anything was walking distance. The food delivery drivers and taxis were able to find us every time. The housekeeper was very kind and friendly and attended to our every need. The host was outstanding, always responsive in a timely manner whenever we had any questions and was always able to help. We still have a couple weeks left in country, so depending on our schedule, if we're back in the area once again, we will most definitely be coming back. My wife and I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

- Smooth check-in - Very clean accommodations - Quiet surroundings (although someone else staying in the building mentioned hearing construction noise at some point) - Fridge stocked with water (and beer) - Had a lobby area downstairs to work - Helpful host - carried my luggage up and down the stairs for me during check-in and check-out Some other things to be aware of are: - There are multiple cameras in the lobby area; - There were steps in the middle of my room that, while adding to the aesthetics of the room, could be a bit of a safety hazard; - The AC unit in my room was on the wall facing the bed so the blast of air was sometimes uncomfortable. I don’t think all of the rooms have the AC unit set up in that location though. Someone else staying in the building mentioned the AC unit being in a different location in their room; and - When walking back to the place from the BTS station, the place was hard to find using the address so that may need to be updated.

Spacious, ridiculously clean -I mean Every Surface, new mattress (very firm), spotless stylish bathroom, AC breeze across bed, responsive host and on-site caretaker, really went the extra mile to provide me with needed personal comforts when requested, there's a frickin' /KitchenAid/ and enough stuff to successfully bake anything you'd want, wow. Very well stocked kitchen for sure. large common area, FOUR different seating areas for small group relaxation/chats/eating, large fridge/freezer downstairs and mini fridge upstairs, bottled water aplenty, even a milk and a couple beers, solid real furniture; no pressboard stuff, bathroom dried out surprisingly quickly with provided extra fan, nice waffle weave robes and matching house slippers in two sizes. beautiful entry and dark wood staircase, this place rocks! It looks like the area may have some trouble with shifting, the plaster was cracked in places, But I chose to think of it as adding character; the water in Thailand can sometimes smell a bit musty, but there's not a lot one can do about that- I am extremely sensitive to smells, and I was able to tolerate it, The linens are washed/finished with a cologne-like scent, which didn't suit me personally but wasn't overwhelming. When I arrived it was unbearably hot (for a pansy-ass pacific northwesterner, lol) but not in my room, just the common area and my bathroom, but the AC worked quickly! The room has multi-plug style outlets, It looks like any style of electrical plug will fit, (just check your equipment and chargers for a tiny label like "110-240" And IF it says that then it should work without any adapters! If you're bringing something that does not say that, you need a converter, not an adapter, --note the difference. /end random advice) there are two steps up to the bed platform from the bathroom, mind your steps, leave your outside shoes downstairs by the stairs. To get to the grocery store which is called Tops, leave the way you came in, turn left and walk until the road ends at a "T" at the large blue wall, turn right and a block ahead is the nice walking mall area, with kids play area, find the lift or the escalators downstairs, very good grocery. There's a cat cafe in that complex, except it's a RABBIT cafe! so cool! -I know rabbits, and those rabbits were happy and well cared for. Back to the property again, I can't stay on topic here, there's a kettle and coffee in the room, full length mirror, and clean clean clean. Stay here!
