The seaside house, situated on top of a hill, allows you to experience the ocean up close. It offers a true sense of comfort and relaxation at a seaside retreat. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and the nearest ferry to the city center can be reached within a 15-minute walk. There are also charming cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. Free parking service is provided within the premises. Wellington city center is 19 kilometers away, and Wellington Airport is 27 kilometers away. The apartment is located on the ground floor and comes with a private bathroom and a living room for the guests to use. The living room is equipped with a full kitchen. The room has its own separate entrance, allowing guests to come and go freely at any time, providing enough privacy. However, as it is on the ground floor, occasionally there might be some noise and footsteps from the floor above, but we will do our best to minimize the sound to ensure you have a quiet and comfortable environment.

为生很赞，厨房很方便可以做一些简餐，海景特别棒，就是房子在山上，如果开车来角度基本45度，不经常开山路的朋友需注意安全，房东非常热情

超级无敌海景！度假优选！房间很干净，Angel一家热情好客，还吃到了最新鲜的海胆和鲍鱼，小朋友萌萌的礼貌又聪明～还有一只老干部一样的喵星人🐱来惠灵顿度假五星推荐Angel家😘 Perfect place！Perfect home！

Lovely place up on the hill with beautiful views of the wider bay. Nice little 1-bed granny flat, perfect for a peaceful getaway. It does indeed have a steep driveway, which is not really an issue for most cars. Turning space was perfect for a little car, maybe a little trickier for a larger vehicle. It's a shame the projector (or some other TV system) could not be used for some movie viewing on the sofas, we made do with a laptop on the bed. All being said, great little place, provides exactly what it says in the description.

Prima locatie om Wellington bezoeken. Prachtig uitzicht en alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. We zijn er nu 2x geweest en het was weer fantastisch.

What an amazing place to stay :-) incredible views over the harbour and a lovely tidy accomodation. The bed was very comfy too!! I'd definately stay again!
