Our stay was in the month of December. I took my three kids ranging in ages from 22 to 16. It was the perfect apartment and the perfect location for us. Our host was responsive and helpful… by our second week there, we felt like it was our home away from home! We’ll be back!! Thanks Marko, your place was ideal for us!!

Definitely met our expectations. It was well equipped for a long vacation stay to prepare light meals. Full sized fridge so we could buy groceries. BCN is a vibrant, active city with a lot of bars which encourages a lot of active nightlife & resulting noises. We never felt unsafe walking throughout El Born which was very well maintained & cleaned by the City. Easy walk to the Mediterranean promenade & beach. Aldi & Condis grocery store so close by. Many convenience stores close by to buy milk, water etc that were open later than grocery stores. Marko, our Host contact, was extremely helpful with local suggestions for restaurants, stores etc. Any questions we had, he went out of his way to answer quickly. The area around the apartment is more or less pedestrian only(as are so many other areas of central BCN) so it was so lovely to meander through the streets. The apartment is close to the train station Estacion de Francia to travel outside of BCN. Taxi stands 3 minutes from apartment.

Our family had a lovely stay! The host’s team was extremely responsive and communicated quickly. Property was as described and spacious enough. The area is lively with much going on. Location was great for seeing many sights. Neighborhood was extremely walkable and had no safety concerns with taking reasonable precautions.

The apartment is beautiful, and the photos on the Airbnb listing are accurate. The air conditioning works very well and we were comfortable throughout the stay in June. The neighborhood is highly walkable with many bars and restaurants and lots of people, mostly tourists. It is not as crowded as near the Rambla or the Santa Catarina so it's a bit nicer. Santa Catarina is a beautiful church and it's great to see it from the apartment. The metro being just a few minutes walk from the apartment allowed us to have quick access to the rest of the city. Viktor's team was very responsive. All questions and concerns were answered and addressed quickly.
