really amazing for.fam stay...location is really good as all the required stuff i.e markets conv stored medical shops are well within 500 meters...rooms are really spacious the beddings and linens very well done...kitchen is abs great, there are plenty.of utensils knives forks kinves boards cooking vessels and gas stove..appreciate the fact that we ran out.of cooking gas at 10 pm during our stay and it was promptly replaced once i messaged the host overall A for.location A for room nd cleanliness A+ for kitchen A for living room A for amenities A+ for responsiveness B for bathroom, just need a bit of bathroom fittings to be done nd will be all good A for the entire house A+ for the price I.won't hesistate to book this place again

Big groups can fit in the place with private parking, but needs improvement the lawn the area needs repair and cleaning , poor lighting, the coffee maker wasn’t clean, only 1 bathroom can be used since only 1 heater is working, only 1 working toilet, we had to haggle to have free drinking water , you need to ask for towels, complete kitchen amenities but needs cleaning of the cabinets, utensils , appliances etc .. tv and wifi is working. Overall the stay was just fair

We had our stay during the long weekend. The house is so spacious, clean. It has also complete kitchen utensils which we seldom saw in other transient house we rented in Baguio. The place is quiet and perfect for resting. If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s a little far to the city and traffic, this is perfect. It’s near from market and grocery store also so there’s no problem if you need to buy something. There’s also a sari-sari store outside of the house also.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The caretakers was there upon check in and check out to assist us. The whole house was very spacious and we felt really comfortable to walk around the house. It was also easy to locate. We had no problems during our stay here.
