Thankfully we only booked one night here, it's dreadful! It's in the middle of a building site, we had to navigate a treacherous ditch to get to it from the main road. The towels and bed linen were all stained and looked so old. They probably had been washed but when stuff is stained it should be disposed of. The bed linen had the hotel name on so they have obviously been hanging onto it for years! We arrived late but I could see that one the lights in the pool was hanging out from it's socket.. Pretty much the whole of Sihanoukville is under construction, the roads are being done and dust everywhere. Avoid unless you're passing through to the Islands.

Thank you so very much Sofinny for making my stay super comfortable and always doing you best! Femi is a fantastic responsive host! Cleaning ladies are always busy doing outstanding work. Reception boy is always on the spot and ready to help. Room was great. Clean, bright, spacious (I was kindly upgraded to a bigger room because of a longer stay). Location is great too. Loads of shops and restaurants around.

Sofinny’s place was very clean and comfortable and very close to Otres beach if that’s the area you’re looking to stay in! Sofinny was so nice and helpful to us, we really appreciate his hospitality. Would highly recommend!!

The rooms and the pool were great. Very clean and great working a/c. A driver was arranged to pick us up from the airport, which was helpful. Our only reservation about this place was that we witnessed the owner being very rude and demeaning to numerous staff members. It was very evident that he was in charge and they were merely working under him. We were very disappointed in witnessing this

Nettes kleinenes motel in Strand Nähe, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, wenn der Ort nicht nicht so voller Baustellen gewesen wäre, hätte es mir sicher gefallen
