We really loved our week at Highland View! The house was really clean, had great facilities (two baths - perfect for two families with little kids needing baths after dinner), good heating and cooling options and comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, and great communication with the host. The house is very private and surrounded by the bush, and sunsets were stunning. We also enjoyed being able to walk to Pulpit Rock lookout. We'd definitely come back and stay again!

Stayed here for the weekend with some friends and we absolutely loved it! Such a warm and cosy house. Saw wallabies each morning in the garden. Stunning sunset views from the living room! Dining table is the perfect size for boardgames and meals. All rooms have heating and electric blankets too! Driveway was a little hard to get up sometimes as it was a bit steep with loose/broken gravel. Would recommend doing a slight run up from the previous hill if you have a 2WD.

An amazing location for a weekend getaway. The accommodation was spacious and well-equipped to keep us warm and cosy on a cold, rainy weekend.

Situated in a quiet place, there are lots of trail walks behind the property which has a good view of Lithgow. Some kangaroos and wallabies paid us a visit in the afternoon. The property is spacious, cosy with heater in the dining and TV area, plus portable heaters are provided. Please note that wifi is provided, contrary to the actual listing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, got to relax, and getaway from the daily grind and hustle and bustle. Would recommend this place to anyone. Hope we can come back to stay longer.
