Ein wunderschönes gut gepflegtes Haus um Familien Ferien zu machen, oder zu schreiben oder Arbeiten. . Ruhige Lage braucht aber unbedingt ein Auto! Enge kleine Wege wenig ÖV. Pool Garten Anlage sehr gepflegt. Pool erst ab 1.6 benutzbar aus Versicherungsgründen .. Saison Ende beachten. toll eingerichtete Küche wenn man gerne selbst kocht. Überall ums Haus schöne Sitzplätze mit genug Sitzgelegenheiten. Florenz Siena gut erreichbar . Matteo der Gastgeber hilft sofort bei Fragen oder Problemen.

Not a great experience. Spoke with the company managing the property and the woman over the phone was incredibly unhelpful. They send a ludicrous amount of messages prior to checking in with plans changing. Got to the apartment to realise that the pool is only open from June. Looked back at the listing and realised that they had this information right at the end. They shouldn't be adding the photo if it isn't usable. The pool area including BBQ was not usable. It didn't have any of the equipment and we couldn't use the table and chair because there were tools everywhere. Basically no hot water for showers. The sink also broke.

Très belle vue sur Florence de la maison, une villa où l’on s’y sent bien. Par contre nous avons été surpris de ne pas avoir le ménage compris dans le prix de Airbnb, il a du être payé en cash lors de la sortie (ainsi que les taxes pour l’électricité) ce qui a bien augmenté le prix global. Dommage….

Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage mit einer tollen Aussicht über Florenz. Die Zufahrt zur Villa ähnelt eher einer Safari Tour. Ohne einem Geländewagen ist es fast nicht zu erreichen. Der schriftlich Bestätigte Check In konnte von dem Besitzer nicht eingehalten werden(Wir mussten 3 Stunden warten). Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas veraltet. Toilettenspühlung und fließend Wasser gingen gelegentlich nicht. Klimaanlage hatte oft Aussetzer. Versteckte Kosten für Klimaanlage und Endreinigung. Supermärkte sind vor Ort. Der Müll muss selbst weggebracht werden. Zum Besitzer kann schwer Kontakt aufgenommen werden.
