I stayed here with my brother, mom, my 4 year old and myself. SUPER spacious. Has two living rooms and three sofas. Two big rooms. One king bed and one full/queen. The neighbors dogs barked all night but if you are used to it, it wasn’t all that bad. Back patio is nice but couldn’t enjoy due to neighbors dogs not cleaning dog poop. The house itself is nice and some of the furniture pieces are not kid friendly FYI. Glass table almost tipped over and the shade that was in the entrance ended up falling on me as I was cranking the handle and adjusting the screen. Only 30 minutes from the zona río and traffic wasn’t all bad either. It rained all weekend so we weren’t able to enjoy the patio that was connected to master bedroom. The house gets extremely cold! But luckily they had a heater in the farthest living room, which most airbnbs don’t have heaters in Mexico lol. Overall I’d give solid 8/10. Will be back.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was nice, cozy, and had everything we needed. Carlos and he’s family are really friendly and accommodating. We felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Carlos was an incredible host. He responded instantly to any message I sent throughout the entire stay, and was kind and helpful. Things to know. Dogs are anywhere and everywhere in Tijuana. If you don't want to hear a dog bark... don't stay in Tijuana. That said, I would have never even noticed the dogs if I hadn't read all the reviews mentioning them before booking. The house was clean and nice, the balcony is beautiful and you can see the ocean. WATER: If you're unfamiliar with the area, you should know that quite often the city of Tijuana cuts the public water. That said, this house has water storage, so when everyone else is without water, you continue life as if nothing is even happening, with water. Heater/Air. Not many places in Tijuana have this amenity, but this home does and it kept us nice and warm in the colder temperatures. We had a semi major problem during our stay, and Carlos handled it quickly and efficiently. Overall it's a gem to find.

I personally felt “cat fished” with this airbnb. I regularly go to TJ to visit family and yearly for the holidays. This place was very misleading based off the photos and I really didn’t appreciate the price tag considering the place. In short location and space was good but the furniture and electrical work was awful! I would look elsewhere!
