Très beau bâtiment conforme aux photos ! Idéal amoureux de la nature et du calme !!! Cependant, le descriptif de l’annonce n’est pas conforme : 1/ le bâtiment est séparé en 3 parties qui ne communiquent pas entre elles. Passage par l’extérieur obligé (attention aux enfants en bas âge) - salle à manger et cuisine - chambre avec lit double, Sdb et 3 wc (pas de lit simple juste un sofa). - appart avec 3 chambres, 2 sdb/wc et kitchenette (sans eau) 2/ l’accès : L’annonce précise difficile pour les voitures de sport… Nous avons réussi à monter les 2 voitures (2 SUV), mais cela n’aurait pas été possible en cas de pluie et, quoi qu’il en soit, ça patine beaucoup ! On limite les sorties 3/ les termites. Il y a des nuisibles dans les poutres du petit bâtiment. Les nuits dans les 2 chambres du haut, sont bruyantes. 4/ Pas de 4G… Dommage que l’annonce ne soit pas plus précise et conforme : L’effet de surprise est très décevant... Car le logement reste très beau et atypique…

The architecture of the property is beautiful and the photos are accurate. It is very isolated. Tower is stunning and views across the mountains are lovely. We weren’t told Stefano, the owner, requires an hours notice prior to arrival. The road up to the property is described as not suitable for sports cars, our SUV couldn’t make it either! We had to park 700 metres away from the property and Stefano took us and our bags the rest of the way, however transporting shopping the rest of the week was a challenge, almost vertical walk uphill in the heat. The fridge freezer didn’t work, it was virtually cooking our food, this was reported to the owner who assured us it was working. 2 hours later we rang Airbnb to report the issue and a small fridge was brought to us next morning. Water stopped working on the Thursday, it was resolved by owner, Novasol didn’t respond when they were contacted within their specified time, Airbnb to the rescue again. We left 2 days earlier than scheduled.

La casa a Pietralunga è ideale per gruppi di amici che vogliono passare del tempo insieme a contatto con la natura e riscoprire il piacere delle piccole cose come cenare intorno al camino. La posizione è immersa nel verde incontaminato assoluto, la salita per raggiungerla è un po' impervia ma il gentilissimo signor Renzo vi darà tutte le informazioni per affrontarla, in caso si può lasciare l'auto giù e fare gli ultimi 600 metri in salita a piedi. La casa è molto bella con arredamento che fa sentire esattamente in un casolare medievale, purtroppo avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione, abbiamo riscontrato dei problemi ad accendere i fuochi del piano cucina e la lavastoviglie si bloccava durante il lavaggio infine in una delle stanze sembrava ci fossero degli animali nelle travi. La pulizia potrebbe esse un po' più approfondita c'era qualche ragnatela qua e la e un po' di unto negli angoli dei bagni e sul piano cucina. Nel complesso ci siamo divertiti e la consigliamo per un week-end
