The villa was a perfect solution for our 21 family member gathering. The country location, the pool, lots of space to spread out, plenty of bathrooms and hot water, close to a small town for groceries and travel. Our hostess was friendly and responsive while we were. There were lots of tableware, glassware and cooking dishes, sheets and towels. I only have 3 suggestions: Instructions to use the convection stovetop, a some cleaning supplies for countertops, tables, etc, and a way to contact the hostess prior to the trip. We only had a telephone number. Novasol’s contact information provided very generic responses that could be applied to any of their properties. All of these were minor inconveniences compared to the ability of our large group to be comfortable, thoroughly enjoy each other’s company AND the beauty, history and hospitality of Tuscany. We had an amazing adventure in a place that was home to none of us but now belongs to all of us! Villa Tinaio made that possible!
