The house is very beautiful. It lies on a hill and is like in a fairy tale. Of course, you must have your own car. It is an excellent starting point for the cities of Tuscany. We had a problem with the boiler leaking water. The owner was immediately available and solved the problem. I highly recommend staying in the idyllic house. Benjamin

La location è molto bella, immersa nell'uliveto. L'appartamento non ha detersivo per i piatti ne strofinaccio e carta igienica quindi consiglio di portare letteralmente tutto. Noi siamo stati in inverno e al nostro arrivo il riscaldamento era spento, consiglio di farlo partire un po' prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti vista l'umidità e la casa con gli altri soffitti. Inoltre le stoviglie erano davvero sporche e mi è dispiaciuto perché non ce lo aspettavamo. Comunque appartamento carino e in luogo rilassante.

Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht und keinen Trubel braucht, ist hier richtig. Netter Gastgeber, Küche etwas sparsam ausgestattet, schöner Pool, nur das Bett ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Jede Bewegung des Partners ist zu spüren.

Die Unterkunft hat Charme. Das Inventar lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Eigentümer wirkt sehr gestresst und unfreundlich. Die Lage ist ruhig mit einem schönen Ausblick. Nur leider fährt man sehr viel mit dem Auto, da nichts wirklich in der Nähe ist. Pluspunkte, schöne Städte wie Pisa& Florenz nur 50 Min entfernt und definitiv eine Reise wert.

Added fees for electricity and towels made the stay slightly more expensive. The house itself is very beautiful and clean. Roberto was always very responsive and helpful, however the kitchen misses some basic amenities like a kettle and kitchen towels and we had to specifically ask for bed linen and towels to be given to us on the second day. The house does have quite a few bugs in it, which does seem unavoidable though. Overall, it was a good stay, the location is very nice!
