Lovely view and a spacious apartment. It’s about a 15 minute drive up the mountain but if you are looking for a quiet place with a great view, you will love this. Extremely noisy, we could hear every step of the guests in the apartment above us (and they had small kids that woke up every day before 7 am). The host is helpful and responsive. The terrace attached to the apartment is a real plus and worth paying a bit extra for. Please ensure to read the small print to avoid being surprised with extra costs for mandatory electricity and cleaning (which is nearly 25% of the rental) on top of the regular rental. I could come back and recommend it to friends and family.

We had a really nice stay in Pedona. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures and the view is amazing. Our contact person Camilla was very nice and helpful. Pedona is the perfect location to explore the region and spend a few days on the beach. All in all this place comes absolutely recommended!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und die Dame von Novasol hat gut über die Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung informiert. Die Terrasse und Garten Bereich war optimal da alles eingezäunt ist auch Super mit Kinder. Der Pool ist sehr gut von der Wohnung zu erreichen leider war es bei unserem Aufenthalt noch zu kalt. Durch Weg weiter zu empfehlen TOP.

Absolutely lovely place to stay with family or friends! Big rooms, nice decorations, comfortable areas to relax and be social. The outdoor patio was just amazing to stay in both day and evening! We traveled with small children and appreciated the gates you could close so they could go out themselves without fear of them running away or falling in the pool. There are no air conditioning but there are ceiling fans in every room and mosquito nets in the windows so you can have them open at night which makes it alright even with hot weather. If you are planning to cook your own food notice that there are no oven, just a microwave oven. We missed to have a bbq outside, but that was not a major thing. Pedona is a charming little village with great views towards the mountains from the house and towards the sea with beautiful sunsets in the opposite direction. There is one restaurant in the village which also works as a mini market with food, cold cuts and fresh bread in the morning. Very convenient and also nice to eat at the restaurant. Might be hard to stay here if you don’t have a car. Good location to go down to the beach, explore the Garfagnana alps or visit towns like Lucca, Pisa etc. But also super relaxing to just stay by the pool and enjoy the place! Would love to come back!
