I initially liked Vincent until I complained about the certain negative things in the house. Shower was filthy well, not just shower, the whole house. Microwave dirty, tile in bathroom needed a good scrubbing as did the shower. Appliances all dirty, grease splatter on cabinets, house was unwelcoming with a lot of clutter. I was only staying for 2 nights. My room felt clean although no mattress pad on the bed which is a little gross. I have learned a valuable lesson here; do not rent a room in a house where only men live. Vincent said that because he was going out of town that he didn’t have time to clean. It looked like he hadn’t cleaned in months. Sorry Vincent, I know you didn’t want me to write negative reviews but you live in a house only you could love.

This is my second time staying here & just like last time it was amazing Vince was extremely responsive & the house was very easy to locate. Room was very spacious & clean. The A/C unit in the wall really helped beat this summer heat. The few guys who live in the house remembered me from last time which was a total surprise. We talked & cooked up some steak. Really made me feel like I was back home. Thank you again for hosting me!!

Roomy and comfortable -- I really enjoyed having the extra leg room to move around. Room does get warm (especially with these heat waves), but there's an air conditioning unit that helps alleviate that. Especially enjoyed the privacy afforded by being some ways away from the rest of the house. Friendly housemates, also met a puppy named Oscar. ♥

Exactly as described, Vincent was very responsive and helpful, and made me feel at home. His pour-over coffee especially was awesome and I made it both mornings that I was there. Overall I can recommend his place with confidence and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Vincent!
