Was in town for work and this space had everything I needed. quiet nice neighborhood was nice as well. Wade was also very good to deal with.

Great basement suite. Stayed here for work purposes with a coworker. Plenty of space for two people!

If you have to unexpectedly leave earlier than you had booked for, don't bother inquiring about the possibility of maybe a little refund because he'll just ignore you and then give you the run around about asking his partners but never being able to tell you yes or no.

Nice location, quiet street, lower unit but could rarely hear the upstairs neighbor. I think that the unit is really well sound proofed. Bedrooms are spacious, and having the office space was great so I could work remotely. Was surprised to see a crock pot and air fryer in kitchen, made the stay nice.
