larger accommodation, but we could do with some TLC. dated amenities but fun all the same. the swimming pool was great and had plenty of shade with olive trees. the water was not drinkable so we had to purchase our own from the supermarket, which is a 15 minute drive away. the track towards the house is absolutely terrible and will damage most cars suspension If not careful. The host was responsive and helpful, all in all we still had a good time and the property was a great value considering it had a swimming pool.

Great house and garden with pool which is perfect for exploring Rome and the wider Lazio region. Really well stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings however make sure you have a small or medium sized hire car as the roads and entrance to the villa is extremely narrow.
