Peter’s place was small but efficient . We had everything we needed. The bed was comfy. The shower pressure great. The only problems were that the elevator did not open on our floor, so we had to lug everything up stairs. Also the premises parking was a hit and miss. On multiple occasions the lot was full. All in all I would return, but not with my 80 year old mother

The apartment is handy - a short walk from Blackpool South station, and right next to the seafront. Tesco Express nearby. Long 'promenade walks' literally on the doorstep. The apartment is clean, and very comfortable. And it's worth saying that the heating is superb (I say this during the winter months... this is proper heating!). Nice and toasty. All in all, I'd recommend the apartment for a short 1 or 2 person stay. But for what it's worth, the WIFI is atrocious. Genuinely woeful. You'll get a vague signal - from an angle, from a position, on the dining table... for an hour. Or so. On and off. For the duration of your stay. Beware if you need to genuinely work or watch stuff. I did ask Katie for help on the wifi, but was simply told 'there are boosters in the building'... So, er, thanks for that Katie!

place is great, looks new like its just been done up recently. parking is a lot easier than previous times to blackpool. shops like tesco, lidl etc only a 10 min walk all in all a great stay and a great location
