Good location but not a perfect Appartment by any means. The luxury classification is inaccurate and the Appartment felt neglected and dusty.

I personally would not stay here again. The person who lives upstairs is very loud (loud music, loud taking, even loud sneezing. It's pretty incredible actually. Plus, they seemed to drag something heavy across the entire length of their apartment several nights in a row.) When I emailed the host, asking if this was common, their response was confusing and almost seemed to mock me. ("if it disturb you sooo much...") The apartment is way more run down than the photos show. It has not been kept up well. And the towels shed, which means that you wind up picking little white fuzzies off of yourself all day. On the plus side, the apartment is in a fancy neighborhood and close to a tram station. That said, neither of those things justify what I paid for this stay.
