The propery is super nice with a great view, swimming pool, clean with a very happy cleaning lady:). The owner is equally great as the property-- Highly recommended to stay

What an AMAZING house, BEAUTIFUL views and wonderful pool. We had 12 people stay in both apartments and there was so much space and it was super comfortable with great amenities. The kids all had a fantastic time and didn’t want to leave. Make sure to type the name of the accommodation into your GPS versus the address or you will get a little lost. Maria was a lovely host and we will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful place to stay with an INCREDIBLE view. The pictures don't lie. I want to clarify a few things from one of the previous reviews because I rely on them when booking an Airbnb - I want to make sure this Airbnb is presented accurately. First off, this is a HUGE rental - so much room, and you can tell from the comfortable and luxurious decor that someone has truly loved this space and designed it well. The rental is the top two floors of a 4 story building (you enter on the third floor and have the third and fourth to yourself). The first of your two floors has two full living rooms with comfortable couches, beautiful rugs, pillows, and details, along with a kitchen, dining room, and half bath. One of the living rooms is all windows, one of which has a sliding glass door opening up to a balcony. You can sit at the table out there and enjoy the incredible view of Ioannina, the lake, and the snow-topped (in April) mountains in the background. It's a jaw dropping view. The second of your two floors has 4 bedrooms and two baths. The master bathroom has one of the baths ensuite - I think the negative review mentions a "cardboard" door - that's not really the case - the bathroom of the master bedroom (which is very large - the bedroom has a sitting space with a couch and fireplace in addition to a large bed) has a bathroom that's been added to a corner of the room with a door on a hinge made of a patterned vinyl. It's decorative, attractive, and intentional. My husband took a shower and could stand up just fine - he's 6 foot 2. Communication with Maria was great - she was quick to respond via Airbnb messaging and we called when we were 30 minutes away so she knew we were coming. Maria's daughter met us at the airport and led us up to the house by car so we wouldn't get lost. She showed us how to work the air, heat, and Maria had left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. The wifi is very fast and the bed was comfortable. We had such a nice experience in this home - I want to make sure others know this is a great place to stay if you're in Ioannina. Thank you to Maria and her daughter! Would love to come back.

DO NOT STAY HERE! where to start? Literally cardboard doors in the bedroom. The AC didn’t work. You couldn’t stand straight up in the showers. Sinks were all cracked. STAY AWAY. We had to leave after spending 1 night in this home. When we called the host to let her know, she was very unresponsive. We left the house and she took the keys. We wanted to go back to use the pool but the host would not answer their phone or give us the keys. The apartment was paid for 4 days but we were not allowed access to it after day 1. Absolutely horrible experience.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la vie est magnifique et l'appartement offre tout le confort possible, en effet il s'agit d'un très grand appartement au deuxième étage (dernier) d'un bâtiment, la piscine est commune au 4 appartement du bâtiment mais lors de notre séjour, nous n'avons pas eu a la partager ! Je recommande vivement cet hébergement
