Overall the place was cute but the people above us were extremely noisy during the night and early am hours. The hot water needs to be adjusted, water never really got hot enough. In the description it states that it is only 5 min to the beach and we found that to be inaccurate. I would not consider renting a unit again in this community

This is a great rental for the area and a very comfortable stay. Although they mention alligators, that's because of the nearby lagoons. The condo isn't near the water, it's beside the tennis courts. One thing that was difficult for us was how low the toilets and sinks were. My husband is 6'7, so it was uncomfortable for him to use the sink, and the shower was pretty tight for him too. I'm 5'5, and even the sink was low for me. So, if you have a tall person in your party, keep that in mind. It was a small thing ultimately. Also, it's very easy to hear the upstairs neighbor walking around, very squeaky floor, so I wouldn't choose this place if I had a sensitive sleeper, especially children. I was woken up a few times trying to go to sleep. But overall, really no complaints. We attended a wedding at the club, and it was a great location for the weekend and a beautiful drive to the Seabrook Island Club.

Seabrook never disappoints. I liked Samantha’s villa because of the well stocked kitchen, games, books, toys, decor, and thoughtful touches. I liked that this villa is managed by the owner instead of Vacassa (which often feels so corporate.) Samantha was friendly and enjoyable to work with. We enjoyed facing the tennis court and watching tennis matches. Great place for families and kids.
