The place was okay. It was accessible. Except it wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be when I arrived. There were also small cockroaches all throughout my stay. But overall, it’s okay.

The place was fine and the employees were nice. Their WiFi was shared by many units on the same floor. It was difficult to get a connection and it dropped with 15 or 20 minutes of getting a connection. This happened regardless of day of week or time of day. We needed better WiFi to enable us to stay in communication with our employers and attend a 30 minute Zoom Meeting each weekday. Lots of good food and local businesses. The other tenants were friendly

This place is located right across from NU-Manila, which was great because it was easy to tell taxi drivers where we stayed without them taking us all around the area trying to find our destination. It also made it easier to find on the map if you were to ever get lost. Also this room is located in a Residence building where they house the colleges athletes(which is on a completely different floor far from where youre located) so you know the place you are staying in is secure and safe. The neighborhood around the area is nice and is very close to a grocery store right down the block and a SM super mall about 5 mins away(will cost you less than 100 peso in a regular taxi to get there) not to mention the building is right next to a little mini mart. The room size wasn't big but it was big enough to relax, watch TV, or eat some food without being on top of another person. The wifi in the building was very spotty unfortunitely and would only work for me and my mom when we would try to log on early in the morning or late at night. But besides that the stay was great. The people in the lobby were extremely helpful whenever my mom and I needed something and went above and beyond my expectations. There is a security guard on duty at all hours of the day and this definitely made me feel safe and secure. The place was clean with no bugs as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Hi Jhocson Residence! Thank you so much for the hospitality and going the extra mile when we request for things in our unit. Joby (I apologize if I misspell your name), you are a gem. A few things I would recommend to add in the unit when it’s being rented out to Airbnb are: A phone to easily contact front desk, stronger wifi (this one is just as important as other things), fully stock the unit with toilet papers, towels, pillows, and cleaning supplies. The induction cooker was a nice touch, but might need to be replaced because it doesn’t distribute heat evenly on the pot/pan; it burned the bottom of the pot we’re using along with the rice in it even when it was set to low. Just minor suggestions, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
