Lovely period farmhouse and responsive friendly hosts who gave great local recommendations for the area. A very nice breakfast with eggs and home made cake was provided.

Alessandra's home is a welcoming refuge in the countryside. The house is full of interesting and carefully chosen furniture which is a joy to spend time in. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and most importantly cool during 38° summer heat. Breakfast was included. It consisted of a tasty spread of homemade jam, bread and cake. The scrambled eggs were amazing. We spent the weekend here and were given great advice about things to do in the area from a vineyard visit, restaurant recommendations to the most incredible visit to a Balsamic vinegar maker. Making pasta in the kitchen along with other guests was fun and eating together in the garden room a memorable happy evening.

The location is really beautiful and everything was great. Alessandra and her husband were always accommodating, made sure we had everything we needed, communicated quickly in advance, and provided us with one of the best dinners we had on our Italy trip. Would definitely come back and highly recommend this stay!
