Francesca is a super host, very forthcoming and quick to reply to any questions and provide valuable tips. The apartment has a very good location with easy access to the slopes. It is clean and well maintained.

We had a fantastic stay at Francesca's apartment. The apartment contains everything you need: a large master bedroom, a room with four bunk-beds (where our children slept and build forts, so it doubles as a play-area), a large enough kitchen to cook for four and a livingroom large enough to hang out in, should bad weather keep you form going out, with views of the town and the Matterhorn from the balcony. It is close enough to the town, to reach bars, restaurants, the supermarket and lift-system within five minutes - and at the same time situated far enough away from town, so one can avoid any noise and have a quiet evening. Francesca is a very welcoming and fantastic host. She checked us in with a smile and without hassle and communication with Francesca up to and during our stay was very pleasant and efficient. Francesca provided a lot of local tips that helped us improve our stay and do hikes, visit restaurants and see sights that we didn't have to spend time on finding ourselves. We can highly recommend both the town of Breuil-Cervinia, the apartment and Francesca :-)

We had a great stay in Franchesca's apartement. The two outstanding features are perfect location for skiing and superb hospitality. Francesca gave us lots of valuable information and even helped us book a table at a restaurant the first night when we arrived late!! The apartment is well described in the listing. The kitchen has everything you can expect, except dishwasher, although it is quite narrow. We cooked two meals for six persons so it works great! All rooms are carpeted except for kitchen and bathroom. The bed linen and towles were clean, as were the whole apartment. I can definitely reccomend Francesca's apartement!
