This was an amazing place to stay for my year of teaching English in Bangkok! It was my ideal place with an awesome pool available anytime of day to swim laps! The neighborhood is filled with local experiences without the tourists, even with the tourist attraction of Asiatique across the street (which makes taking a taxi home way easier!!) Watching New Year’s eve fireworks from the rooftop of the condo was incredible as you can see 3-4 different firework displays across the city!! Pawarong does an awesome job of responding to all questions and concerns within a day. He is great at communicating and easy to talk to!!😊 I highly recommend this place!!

Had a great stay in this apartment In Bangkok. It was clean and Pawarong was there to meet us when we arrived. There is a 7/11 close to the apartment as well as restaurants and big shopping mall that’s busy at night. There is a bus stop that a few buses go to that will pretty much take you where you need to go. Would recommend staying here

The host is very kind and prepared several bottles of water, soaps and toilet papers in the room. It is located in a little bit far from the central of city but it is nearby Asiatique , it takes about 5 mins. only, and there are lots of restaurants and stores. And a free shuttle boat b/w Asiatique and Bangrak (bts). My wife and I stayed for a month in the house without any problems.

Wow, I just had the best time staying in this amazing condo in Bangkok! The host was so kind and helpful, and when I arrived, the place was super clean and welcoming. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to not see any bugs during my month-long stay – that's always a concern when you're traveling, but everything was just perfect. I have to admit, I was a little worried about the Asian Coel birds mentioned in one of the reviews, but honestly, who wouldn't want to wake up to the sounds of a beautiful green jungle every morning? It's just part of the charm of staying in this amazing city. In conclusion, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Whether you're a solo traveler or have a family, this condo has something for everyone. And let's not forget the convenient location – it's so close to Asiatique! I'm already planning my next trip back here, if it's available. Can't wait!

Pawarong was a friendly host who always responded to questiojs very fast. The flat is small but very cozy and, what i liked the most, extremely quiet and looking into a green garden, right in Bangkok. Swimming pool also very nice and there is a rooftop with a view. The bed was very comfortable, basically you have everything you need. About the location...if you want to be in the center of the city with lots of bars and restaurants around then it's not your kind of place. If you wanna be near public transport and the river but want to enjoy a quiet, relaxing vibe then it's a very good place to stay!
