This was our first time at Tree Tops... we will be back for sure! Skip and Barb made everything easy for us. We loved the retro cottage we stayed in. We especially loved the view of the lake and the mountains. Exploring the Champlain islands is one of our favorite things to do and this location made that easy. Can't wait to return!

What a special place! We (and our cat!) enjoyed a tranquil week at North Bay View cottage. The lake view is unbeatable, and use of the beach and water crafts like kayaks and paddle boards is included in your stay. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking, and the cottage overall is well designed and comfortable. We can’t wait to return!

My husband and I, 2 other adults and 2 dogs had a lovely stay in North Bay View cottage. It was cozy but was fine for us as we did not spend a lot of time indoors. The kitchen was well appointed. We did buy bottled water for drinking as recommended. The 2 queen beds were very comfortable. We appreciated how well lit the interior was, but be sure to bring a flashlight for outdoors. The property is just lovely with the cottages well spaced out; it was very quiet even with all occupied. There was plenty of space to walk our 2 dogs on the grounds. We also took advantage of the variety of watercraft. And finally Skip and Barb were very a pleasure to interact with. Would definitely recommend TreeTops for a great family getaway!

Our stay at the cottage was a wonderful one. There is truly nothing that compares to being on Lake Champlain. The cottage was very cozy and was great for the 4 of us and our 2 dogs. Just a half hour from Burlington, and many hikes/trails/mountains in the area there is so much to do. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at North Bay Cottage. The location couldn’t have been more beautiful — it was so peaceful waking up next to the water and hearing the sounds of nature when we went to bed. We appreciated all the water activities (kayaking, SUP, paddle boats), and would have taken more advantage had it been a little warmer :) Loved the fact that they were dog friendly, too! Our cabin was certainly rustic but was just as described. Communication with Skip was easy and fast — we knew exactly what to expect and had a smooth check-in/out. It was a short 25 minute drive into downtown Burlington, where we went for dinner both nights (highly recommend Honey Road and Juniper!). Also did a hike at Mt. Philo one afternoon with a stop at Fiddlehead Brewing on the way back. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!
