Charming B & B. Victor was very gracious and friendly. The setup was really nice. Enjoyed talking with both Victor and Ray. Baked muffins and banana bread were delicious.

Staying at the Bittersweet B&B was the best choice I could have made. We went there for a cousin's wedding and had numerous places to choose from, but our choice was the best! The room is spacious and welcoming, the bed comfortable and the shower was so good! Breakfast each morning is scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit and a perfectly baked blueberry muffin with THE BEST Coffee!! Located walking distance from Short Sand Beach, shops and restaurants and easy commute to the Nubble Lighthouse, Wiggly Bridge, Long Sands Beach and other wonderful places. You won't be disappointed staying here. Ray and Victor are PERFECT Hosts!

We stayed in this gorgeous house in a beautiful room. Everything's clean and styled. We enjoyed having our homemade breakfast sitting on the porch. Victor and Ray are very kind. If we'd come back to York, we're definitely staying here again.

The Bittersweet Inn is a lovely bed and breakfast in York, Maine. We took advantage of its proximity to Ogunquit (about twelve minutes away) to explore the beaches, art museum and Marginal Walk. It was nice to be able to retire in the evening to a quiet, private place away from the mid-summer tourist crowds. Our room was spacious, comfortable and charming, as well as impeccably clean. Victor served us a delicious breakfast each day, including homemade blueberry muffins. The property includes spacious grounds with gorgeous perennials and there are several spaces to relax or work outside. It is very reasonably priced for the area. Thank you, Victor and Ray for a great experience.

Victor was such an accommodating host. My expectations were exceeded as I had only booked for a wedding nearby but what we got was a wonderful York ME experience. Highly recommend you book here and check out what York has to offer!
